Our brand’s vacuum system operates with a high degree of geometric symmetry in the rotor within a wide pressure range, resulting in minimal vibration and smooth operation. There is clearance between the rotors and the housing, requiring no lubrication, which reduces frictional losses significantly, lowers driving power consumption, and enables high-speed operation with safety and stability.
The film feeding and receiving rollers of this machine feature an air shaft design. When changing the film roll, simply press the air nozzle to easily remove the old roll. After replacing it with a new roll, use the built-in air gun to inflate the air nozzle, causing the air shaft to expand and securely lock the film roll in place.
